Starting in 2004 with Wacky Packages All-New Series 1, David has painted over 650 Wacky Packages and 250 Garbage Pail Kids stickers. He also created the popular online Wacky Packages Old School series and has painted every card in the series since it’s inception. David got his start with Topps through his good friend Jay Lynch who recommended him when work began on bringing Wacky Packages back.
