Fred’s lifelong interest in cartooning and satire was nurtured by early exposure to MAD magazine and Wacky Packages stickers in the 1970s, and to underground comics by R. Crumb and Jay Lynch in the 1980s. In the 1990s, he and a collaborator self-published a comic book called Grey Legacy, which earned a grant from the Xeric Foundation. Since 2006, Fred has conceived gags, painted final art, and drawn sketch cards and comics for Topps’ Wacky Packages, Garbage Pail Kids, and other trading card series.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][mk_gallery images=”2413,2412,2414″ hover_scenarios=”slow_zoom” frame_style=”grid”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][mk_title_box highlight_color=”#1e73be” highlight_opacity=”0.1″ size=”16″ line_height=”28″ stroke=”2″ stroke_color=”#dd3333″ font_family=”Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif” font_type=”safefont”]Follow Fred Online:
